Personal information on this site is whatever you send us when you write in — usually just a name and an email, sometimes a phone or shipping address if you're placing an order. Records subject to legal retention (orders, invoices) cannot be deleted before the required period elapses, but everything else can. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
